StorM Web Engine — text on 3D device screens, cookie-free visit counts, lighter GPU drawing. Screen text: the words of a chosen topic appear on a 3D device screen in the live scene, set in perspective as real page text. Static sites can send visit and enquiry counts to the site's own function, which keeps daily totals only: no cookies, IP addresses or device IDs stored. Meshes under 65,536 vertices are drawn with 16-bit index buffers, half the space of 32-bit indices. Rectangle lights cast soft shadows sized to the part of the light that reaches each surface.
